RETURNS
Magnum Pictures only sell digitally downloadable products through our online shop that include variety of creative assets in various file formats, and these digital files are instantly downloadable after purchase. Due to the nature of product and mode of delivery (instant download), our products are categorized as non-returnable items and are exempt from being returned.
REFUNDS
As our products are downloadable files, delivered instantly after purchase and exempt from being returned, refunds are not applicable and all sales are final. However, in case of any failures in downloading the files or accessing the files through your account arising out of any possible technical issues, please send us an email to support@magnumpictures.com; we will send you the download links once again.
COUPONS & GIFT CARDS
Occasionally, we may offer coupons and gift cards; which shall be redeemed within the date of expiry. We do not process refunds, in case of any failure of redemption of such gift cards or coupons.
